LAS VEGAS, Nev. – The Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino hosts Terri Clark during its National Finals Rodeo concert series in The Showroom, Dec. 9 though 11 at 10 p.m.
The hotel and casino is bringing in some of rodeo’s hottest names in country and rock ‘n’ roll music for special live performances in both its intimate, 600-seat Showroom and brand new 11,000-square-foot event center, The Grand.
Clark, a Country Music Association and Academy of Country Music Top Female Vocalist nominee and Grand Ole Opry member, brings her own brand of smolder to turbo-traditional country music and has always been more about a broken-in pair of Justin Boots than the latest Jimmy Choo stilettos. She visits the Golden Nugget as part of her In My Next Life album tour.
“This music,” Clark admits, laughing, “has way more horsepower, which is exciting… and the lyrics are more direct, more colorful. It really puts an awful lot of life right out there.”
In addition to the Terri Clark, Ricky and the Redstreaks will perform nightly after the rodeo in The Grand, and other headliners including The Charlie Daniel Band, Ronnie Milsap and Clay Walker will perform in The Showroom throughout National Finals Rodeo. A free live, closed-circuit viewing of WNFR will also be available every evening in The Grand.
